Month 1 The Beginning What would you do if you had one year left to live? Childhood dreams? Bucket list for next year. 4 Pillars Exploration, Mindfulness, Discipline, Compassion Prioritize and create a plan for bucket list. HW: Re-read Ch 1-5 Make a death date note and post it in a prominent place where you see it every day. Month 2 Facing Fear No going home today. With a buddy, say your goodbyes as if this is the last conversation. They can deliver messages for you. Bring something to share. What are your fears about death? Write to exhaustion HW: Ch 6-10 Begin Soft Belly practice, Fear Contemplation- send out guided audio
Month 3 Being received exercise- 7 minutes. Eye gazing exercise 2 minutes. Bring something to share. Act of Dying and Preparation for Dying audio HW: Ch 11-15 Preparing to Die Increase Meditation & Journaling Time

Month 5 Letting Go if Control Bring something to share. Revisit your bucket list and childhood dreams, How are you doing? What changes would you like to make? Journal entries “ Today I am grateful for, Today I choose to forgive…” Bring Altar Materials 3 photos, 1 challenge person, 2 mementos, favorite quote Choose a life song, send to Ashley Life in the Body Send out audio HW: Ch 21-25 Altar at home, place challenge there, sit in front of altar for one minute a day, note what comes up Poverty practice.
Month 6 Who Dies? Bring something to share. Original Face Send out audio HW: Ch 26-30
Month 7 After Death Bring something to share Discuss after death/religious belief- Reincarnation,Heaven vs Hell Plans for your body? Plans for your funeral Original Face-led during meeting- discuss Choose a word or mantra for the preparing for death. HW: Ch 31-35 Please write letters to 4 people who will be impacted by your death. Imagine they will receive the letter after you have died. Each person, make something & bring to share
Month 8 Lifes Message Dreams that connect departed with dreaming? After death experiences? What is your lifes message/work or last lecture? HW: Ch 36-40 Create a 5 minute presentation for the group!
