Note that there are no refunds on retreats, unless I cancel the event myself. Please understand the reasons are as follows: Destination retreats (India, Weeki Wachee & Joshua Tree) require extensive planning on my part, including paying for accommodations, equipment, staffing fees and other bookings months in advance. Growing this business has allowed me to create many valued relationships with folks who earn their livelihood off this work, as I do. My associates are counting on me and my agreements as I count on yours. My goal is to give those who attend these retreats the experience of a lifetime. I have and will continue to put my heart and soul into these offerings, to continue to achieve this goal. Because my profit margin is narrow, and my retreats are small and intimate by design, one person pulling out last minute changes the dynamic and having to return that tuition would greatly reduce my ability to give the highest quality experience and to be able to continue to invest my energy in these offerings. Weeki Wachee: There are no refunds offered for Weeki Wachee. Transfers to a future retreat are $250 and only an option under specific circumstances (a note from a medical doctor that you cannot participate, preferably given to me 30 days prior to the retreat). If you are travelling with a friend or group, only the participant with a note from a medical doctor can transfer to a future event. You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend.
Joshua Tree:No transfers or refunds are offered on this retreat. Thank you for understanding. You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend.
INDIA:I have a firm and clear NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS policy on India. The only exception is a note from a medical doctor stating that the participant is not medically fit to board an aircraft. This note must be submitted to my insurance company and then deliberations and etc will be between you and them from that point forward. I will not issue any refunds. Any refund issued will come from terms worked out with the insurance company. Unlike other retreats, you may not send anyone in your place for this journey as domestic plane tickets are purchased months in advance and cannot be transferred.
SUP YOGA: I do not offer refunds or transfers on SUP yoga classes unless I cancel the class. I often have a waiting list and someone who cancels with less the 24 hours notice or no-shows is potentially taking a place from someone else who would have been available for the opportunity.
